I have a 3 story rowhouse with cornice work at top above the windows and am having leak issues. A new roof was installed, still having issues. I was told it could be coming from the cornice. What type of contractor would do this kind of work? I've spent thousands chasing this leak and would like any suggestions on who to hire.
