I got a ticket ($25) for taking my trash out early???? What??? Can I fight this, no one gave me a warning... and am sooo clean too, am ALWAYS cleaning my front yard!!!

RuggerAl awesomest neighbor in Philly! RuggerAl smash not cool neighbor! No, RuggerAl like neighbor, RuggerAl sorry to hear, general rule, after 7 p.m. the night before trash day. So, Tuesday 7 p.m., trash go out, no ticket, gone Wednesday. RuggerAl also pick up trash in front of yard, RuggerAl do that for whole block one day. Then, no more than 1 week later, trash everywhere, RuggerAl mad! People on block need clean yard, make home look trashy with all trash round. RuggerAl smash!, no, RuggerAl clean, cause clean need. If smash, just more trash. HahA, RuggerAl made rhyme.

Seriously folks, why is your&RuggerAl's block so littered with loose garbage? Bend your backs and pick it up... trash day is Wednesday (unless bumped to Thursday for a holiday or the sort)

one hot summer day our refigerator died on us and while we were at work, everything frozen had melted and turned into big smelly soupy mess by the time we had gotten home. It was NOT garbage night, and our old apt. had no storage are for trash...so, instead of keeping everything all wet and smelly under our kichen sink for a few days, we bagged up the yuck and put it with Essene's trash late at night. Well, a week later I got a ticket for putting out trash early. haha, lesson learned.

FYI, you can fight these. I have fought 3--received all on the same day and 1 received on another day and got out of all of them.
