What do you base that claim on?

In areas that do have cameras, are there signs posted that the cameras are in effect? That alone should help but can they easily be destroyed or tampered with?

You are quicker than I expected.

Those new ones in NY are working well. Just wait till they get the other 400 installed

I've seen corollary evidence, but nothing causal. In fact, most I've seen have stated that they didn't actually impact overall volume of drug sales, just that they shifted to a different area.

Happy b-day.

So hey, I need other ideas in addition to cameras. The MLK owners are serious about reducing/mitigating/quashing this as soon and efficiently as possible.

Obvious other things include town watches, asking police for extra pressence, what else is there?

One of my neighbors was confronted with by a drug dealer the other night. We're having an impromptu meeting to discuss it. Give us ideas on how to combat the situation, proactively.

KENfmt - what you told me in response to my first post I already knew. But thank you anyhow. I think I was lead astray by the colder weather, but now that it's heating up, the crazies are coming back... All is well between the two of us, unless you don't want it to be.

Cheers,

My understanding is that the rentals have been filling for at least two years and that now the homeowners (Ruggeral, etc.) are starting to move in. If that's the case, I don't anticipate the situation getting worse per se.
