Default Nice 3BR in QV will soon be on the market

My wife and I will be leaving Philly within the next 4 months and our very nice 3BR apt. on South 2nd street (near 2nd and Monroe) will be on the market. We are only paying $1400 a month and may need someone to take over our lease 1 month before it ends. Contact me through the message system if you or anyone you know may be interested. The place is very modern and has 2.5 bathrooms that have all been recently remodeled.

We want to buy a townhouse in a good school district (maybe Council Rock or Upper Dublin) before the interest rates go up too much.

rlc,

Why are you giving up on Philly?

Did you look into some of the better Philly school options like Catholic School or Charter Schools?

We need more families in the city and less DINKs.

Parking is on street. Philly's catholic schools in my area are atrocious. There is nothing but private schools for K-5 in my area. If your kid can test into Masterman in 5th grade that is great, but you will have to pay for K-5 because Meredith (@5th and Fitzwater) buses kids in from other parts of the city in effect destroying what could be a great neighborhood school that could serve as a potent anchor for the Queen Village and Bella Vista neighborhoods.
