Does anyone know anything about that modern yellow row house across the street (to the east) of the 1352 Lofts? Architect? developer? I think it's a really cool building.

i've admired these homes (i think there are two) for quite some time. i feel really bad for the residents though now that the condo project towers over them. it is so shady on that street now.

I know the ones you mean, and I like them too. Beats the hell out of the faux old crap that has gone up nearby. Really shows a little imagination. I will look at them tomorrow to see what I can see.
