Default Hardwood Floors

Can anyone give me a ballpark for installing prefinished oak floors per square foot? I got a quote today and I'm not sure if it's too high...Thanks

I'm guessing they start around $6/sf (materials + install) on the low-end...

It should range from $3-5/sf for installation and $3/sf on up for material. I think Lowes and HD's installers charge $3.85 or something like that.
