Since my last post there was a front page article in the Inquirer (2/14/06) about the Monroe St. site. Apparently a building collapsed there a few months ago. Judging by the appearance of the house standing next to the site - I think I'll withdraw my complaint. Probably best to protect people and property in that area from more destruction.
