Found a new salon at 4th & Pemberton, Salon on 4th. Stopped in and got my hair done. Loved it. Great work with good prices. Check them out!

There is another one across from Essene that just opened a few months ago. Looks a little more updated.

Thumbs up Salon on 4th

Nice to have a choice of hair salons on the block. I did go to Salon on 4th, loved my hair, loved the staff. I recommend giving them a try.

I agree with Big Daddy-heck, they are most likely equally competent! I love that upscale businesses are going into the vacancies of fabric row...it will only liven up an area that needs a glisten to enliven the exsiting businesses, while enticing new businesses to capitalize on some of the lowest rents in the area!
