I have been shopping for a home in Center City since November. Looked in Society Hill, Queen Village, Bella Vista, Graduate Hospital, Logan Square, and Fitler Square. Part of my decision to buy in QV was based on the great things I read about it here in phillyblog.com, as well as the candor with which some of the problems are discussed (e.g., parking, how much of a nuisance factor South Street is or isn't, etc.).
