Default What are you?

I've noticed that people that make up the Republican party consider themselves something else, be it conservative or what have you, while Democrats consider themselves Democrats and not liberals. I'm curious if this is a fluke. I consider myself a conservative, as you all know, but what do the rest of you think of yourselves as? Pick one that most reflects how you feel about your ideology. I didn't add Green or Libertarian or any other fractions because I want to find out something specific. Thanks.

Wha hoooooo. Right now this blog is 100% conservative. I have a funny feeling that is going to change soon.

I don't care about independents. I want to know which way you lean. If you're a registered independent, but find yourself leaning more toward Dems, vote Dem.

You are all missing the point of this.

Everyone here thinks they're moderate. If you don't consider yourself conservative or liberal which party do you agree with more.

I think the point of this entire election season for people like me is that I don't agree with either party at all right now. I'm p*ssed off at the Democrats and I don't trust the national Republican party any further than I could throw Rush Limbaugh.

That's what "Independent" means - sick of both of our so-called "choices".

here, here. i'm pissed offand don't like either party. i'm not a republican and i'm not a socialist. what is conservative? tradition? then you can't put me there. what is liberal? communist? you can't put me there either. republicans are anti-classical liberal and so are democrats. i'd call myself mostly classical liberal. that is, a liberal whe the word meant more freedom not more socialism.

Stop. Clear your mind. Don't think, just vote. All of you are over thinking. I'm a social darwinist, objectivist, conservative, libertarian, but I voted. I know you can do it too.

Make your determination based on what you define the words as.
