Pretty much ... because they added email and stuff to it with a software upgrade. I think if you had bought the original before the new software came out you had to pay like $20 to get email, fake gps, weather, stocks and such.

When they update the iPhone in a couple of weeks or less their will probably be new features that won't work on the iPod Touch like Exchange email and such ....

Yup....its a neat little toy...and since I already have wireless in my house I can surf the web etc right from here....not that I need it considering we have 3 PC's here but hey!....its still neat being the first iPod with wi-fi.
