Grappler: the border between EF and Rox/Man is the Wissahickon Creek. Roxborough / Manayunk / Wissahickon / Andorra is one large super-neighborhood bounded by the Schuylkill River, the Wissahickon Creek, and the County Line, but the lines between the different parts of the super-neighborhood are tougher to draw. East Falls has the Schuylkill on one side from a disputed southern point (I use Hunting Park Ave (the old Nicetown Lane)) up to the mouth of the Wissahickon, following the Wissahickon upstream to the mouth of the Monoshone Creek / Rittenhouse Run, which seem to be the same thing, then following that up to Wissahickon Ave. This could be envisioned as Kelly Drive to Lincoln Drive.

PhillyAggie: single people would be silly to live in single houses. If I were single I would live near Ridge and Midvale, where the nightlife is, and even the daylife along the river. A three bedroom house there would run in the low 200's up to 250, with a two bedroom house at the lower end of that range. Where I live is all married couples, not even shacked up types.

I took 1 pic down there. Honestly, I feel a bit odd driving down there and taking pics. Some of the significant 'modernist' homes are set pretty far back and I didn't have the right zoom for good pics...so I kept on moving.

I haven't been on School House for a little while, how is that house being built just above Gypsy coming along?
