Sake of argument, which neighborhood would a shot have to be taken from to get the best view of Philly? Preferably the POV of one on a bench looking out over the whole city.

Apologies, not that familiar with Philadelphia yet but getting there. That'll do for now. Those are some phenomenal photographs. He must be a real piece of work.

Those are some great pictures on that guys site. Nice pic from Belmont Plateau also.
