SPM is channelling El these days. Even his fingers seem to work the same way. :rolling_:

Default rendering in city paper ad

Well, from the looks of the ad I saw today in the City Paper, this building will be beige with a dark greenish, bluish hue where the bricks are. The rendering itself actually looks quite nice.

I dreamt about turning this building into condos for years, as I'm sure many did. If only I had the experience, know-how, and financial resources.

Lets hope the finish product comes up better than the rendering. What is with the green blotches?

I don't think they put much of their budget into the renderings (nor into website design). %-) But Oren Bros strikes me as a fun and likeable company. If one of them was chomping on a cigar I'd be thinking Manny, Moe and Jack (only it's Guy, Jon and Scott).

edited to put names in correct left to right sequence

What a great picture - the future of our city is in their hands . . . especially Jon.

He looks a bit like Michael Medved . . . on drugs.

It's Scott who looks a bit deranged in that earlier picture.

They're probably very nice people and their mother loves them.

We'd better watch what we say - their offices share space with their fitness club/gym, so they could probably kick both our arses. %-)

Seriously though, I've always been fascinated by quirky successful companies like this.
