Looking for a skyline location - PhillyBlog

I have been to a place that overlooks the Philly skyline. It is beautiful and I want to return, but I cannot remember where it is. It's just off of a quiet road...and there is a small parking lot nearby. There is a huge tree at the top of the hill, and a bench. The rest is just a grassy hill that leads down to some other sort of parking lot where lots of teens hang out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Sounds like the belmont plateau in fairmount park.

Sounds like kellyc has got your location for you. I can't think of another location other than Belmont Plateau that meets that description.
