Hi there, I was recently in one of the offices at Two Liberty place for a service call and I didn't get to bring my camera - and it was cloudy
Does anyone here have a picture of the view from the upper floors of One or Two Liberty Place? |

For 15 million dollars, you too can live next to TWO Rite-Aids, 6 sneaker stores and the DOLLAR TREE.
![]() On a side note, the core of RATR is now up to the 3rd floor.

15 million is way cheap for that sized apt that high up in a major market. Check into NYC, Chicago, London and a few other places with mixed use skyscrapers. And your right above regional rail lines and in the heart of the business core of the city which is where you want to be if you can afford 15 million, this way you can take the train from your private airplane to almost your building. Walnut is a short hop as is DiBruno Brothers which is probably where you would shop if you can afford this place. The John Hancock building in Chicago is a awesome mixed use tower... has EVERYTHING you could need in the tower itself.

Hancock is surprisingly affordable.
You can get a 65th floor 900sqft 1br in the Hancock cheaper than a similar size unit on the 4th floor of some condos in Philly. $350 or so. Want larger? Check out this 1800ft on the 76th!! floor. http://chicago.craigslist.org/chc/rfs/350460558.html $520 /ft vs $700 /ft at Liberty Place. Chicago housing values are tremendous IMO. Quote:
