Kobe is from the burbs, Upper Merion i think.
Jerry Stackhouse is from North Carolina.
Julius Erving is from Long Island
and Randall Cunningham.....I forgot, but I know he's not a Phila native.

The list above included Ben Franklin who was born in Boston

native means, born in Philadelphia. Alot of people on your list are not natives.

Kobe is from Lower Merion but is listed as being born in Philadelphia. So what that makes him, I don't know. It's like how i am. I'm from Shortsville, NY but my town was too small to have a hospital so I was born in Canandaigua, NY.

thats why I listed it I was certain that many of those people do not belong on list...
however im sure more people do
