Yeah, I heard it when I was growing up. I didn't grow up around here.

Skeeve is an easy one. It's corrupted version of the Italian schifo, yucky, disgusting. Its verb form is schifare, to disgust. Is it a philly thing? I don't know, but I've heard others use it.
