But Lynne Abraham was out to get her. She wanted the charges brought up. She did not sentence her with probation, Judge Mazzola did. I think if she had her way, Noe would be in prison right now. Lynne Abraham is no pushover!

Which hospital? I don't remem ber which hospital they said it was in the documentary, but for some reason I'm thinking Episcopal Hospital?

If memory serves, I think she was sentenced to some term of house arrest, but I could be wrong. Passing judgement as to whether she should have fried is left as an exercise for the reader, of course.

Correct. She's on probation, her probation period will end when she's around 90something years old.

If they are in the 3400 block in Kensington, I estimate that puts them between Allegheny and Erie by St. Christopher's hospital.

Uhh, the last time I checked Ira Einhorn was "old" and white, perhaps not as old as Marie Noe....but Lynne Abraham hunted his sorry a*s down and he's sitting rotting in prison.

At the time of her arrest, they lived on American Street. Lynne Abraham sought a life sentence in jail. Blame the judge.
