somehwere down southern city, New Orleans before the hurricane may be? somewhere in Maryland, somewhere on Florida/Alabama border (?), some university campus, that's Charlotte's skyline, D.C. that's Iowa flag on the building but the building looks like the TN state capitol (?), and then of course Philly skyline
