Any suggestions on where to get a great haircut. I've got medium long curly hair and don't mind spending $50 -$100 bucks as long as it's amazing! I'm a girl.

My favorite place is Michael's on 40th and Spruce. Don't know what area you're looking at, but they've been great. I've had to go through a few stylists over the past 6 years because people kept leaving, but all 3 have been great (right now it's Michael, the actual owner).

What are their prices like? I feel like I've been paying too much for good haircuts since moving to Philly.

The recommendations posted seem to be city-wide. If you post your general location, you can get a more targeted response.

My wife goes (actually I go there too) to Salon 1021 at 2nd and Washington.
They currently have some building electrical problems but the owners also own J. Sima at 265 St. James Place (Society Hill Towers)...

She spends over 100 dollars when she gets a double process; around 75 for a single process. My wife has long, healthy, sexy hair.

I have that short Caesar style hair which is undyed... I only pay 30 (including tips to both assistant and stylist). So that may be helpful, if you are interested in this type of hairstyle.
