Better yet, get Michael Coard, who I have never heard of, to come to this site and debate me point by point on the facts of the case. I have called into radio shows before and they never give you more than 2 minutes to speak, so not much can be accomplished in a 2 minute exchange of words. Does this Mr. Coard host a radio show? If so on what station and at what time?

Again get him or someone else who supposedly knows the facts of the case to come into the forum and discuss this case rationally. You gave me 2 names and it did not take me too long to go back through the court documents to show the inconsistencies.

I spent a lot of time in 1995 determing that Mr. Weinglass loved to say preposterous things in public yet when he actually had to produce witnesses in court none of their statements could support his propoganda and none of his witnesses were credible.

The guy is guilty. He shot a cop who stopped his brother for a routine traffic violation. End of story. He admitted to it various times even to one of his supporters back in the late 1990s. If he had any balls he would just say yeah I did it and he could have just said that he thought the officer was attacking his brother.

Personally, I have no opinion either way re. weed. I do not smoke it, but people who do smoke it do not bother me. Its their thing. I do not have enough time to think about the implications of it becoming legal. No conclusions are drawn on my part.
