Default Updated Thread on Mommy & Me/ Infant Programs

HI~ I just wanted to see if there were any new Mommy & Me/ Infant Programs in Center City. I have come across the following:

Hall - Mercer
Metro Moms
Free Library Reading Group
The Music Class
Gymboree Class
Philly Moms Club
Baby Boot Camp
Yoga ( I forget which one does it)
Ali's Wagon

Are there any other groups that any of the PB Moms go to? TIA!

InMovement has tumbling classes, currently located at Old Pine Community Center, including Saturday classes.

The Music Class has music classes for infants through age 4, also with weekend classes.

i don't think they mean for the programs to be for the "SAHMs". i think they schedule programs for babies and toddlers during the mornings because it's a better/happier time of the day for most of them, you know before the "witching hour". many do have sat AM classes, and i think if they knew there were enough people requesting it, many more would. by the way, fairmount art center has SUNDAY music classes for this age group.

agreed - kids go nuts when it's close to dinner or bed. Besides, if your kid isn't in daycare, it's good for him to get out and interact with other children once in a while or participate in some things that a day care would provide like music or art or whatever.
