There are also forms for middle and high school transfers AND the application for special admissions schools.
Maybe a silly question...but can we now print and use this downloadable form or do we still need to get a 4-part carbon form from the main office/school?

And when they say they recommend early filing, do they mean prior to the time frame they give or on the early side of the time frame they give?

Thanks for the update.

Default All I know is what's on the website,

but it seems to me that it is downloadable as a PDF. You can't fill it out online unless you have the paid-for version of Acrobat, but you can print it out. I don't know about the carbon situation, but I'm sure banba's advice is wise. I've heard it's still very smart to give a copy directy to the school you're most interested in.

Default Voluntary Transfer Form Deadline Oct. 31

They've moved it up by about two weeks this year. Greenfield's Kindergarten Open House will be October 16th at 9 a.m. so you have a chance to see the school before you have to rank your choices on the form. And yes -- if you are really interested in Greenfield, do make sure to give the school a copy of your form!
