Who owns the site now? I've noticed the parking area has been graffiti-tagged for a while, with no attempts to remove it.

Anyone know what's going on? They've been hauling away dumpsters full of debris from the building for the past week or so... I wouldn't think that's what you would normally do if you were going to demolish the building to put something new up.

They recently changed to a different real estate company. Are there any permits up ?

I just walked around the building and I didn't see any permits. I did take a look inside and it looked like they were just knocking down partition walls.

So I guess the new real estate company thinks someone will want to use the existing building.... seems like there'd be limited use of a building with such few windows.

I asked one of the workers today and his answer was " I don't know what's going on"

BTW this is the only site in Old City that could house a supermarket
