Oh, I'm capable of inducing brain freeze in myself at almost any temperature. Just ask my (former?) Quizzo teammates.
But you raise a good point. On a very hot day, don't buy ice cream in a cone, which will allow the stuff to melt a run down your arm. That's like having brain freeze before you take your first bite! Get it in a cup or something.
If you're old enough for Phillyblog, you should be old enough to figure out how to enjoy the Franklin Fountain's offerings without making a mess!
