*I met Mr. Lovell when he was getting his start in the shoe trade with a store in Rehoboth Beach, Del. Even though that seaside resort is still associated more strongly with Washington than Philadelphia (hence its nickname, "The Nation's Summer Capital"), Lovell told me once that his store got more business from Philadelphians than Washingtonians, which influenced his decision to sell the Rehoboth store and open locations here.

Holy ****, when did South Street get a Payless? What & South? I haven't been up there in a very long while,so,yeah. Probably almost 2 years.
