Does anyone know what the deal is with the construction on top and around Spice Street? I'm guessing condos are going up on top, but is anything an expansion of the restauarant?
From my apt it looks like they are building a roof deck as well. Any chance that's going to be a new rooptop bar?? (I know...wishful thinking...)

Are you talking about the Cafe Spice Indian Restaurant on South 2nd across from the liquor store?

I don't know why I keep thinking it's called Spice Street.
