Just had my first meal and mojito ever at Cube Libre and saw 2nd between Market and Chestnut closed and Chestnut between 2nd and Front closed....a couple fire engines, a couple of ambulances and a big fire ladder going up to what looked like the 4th floor next to the Otium Building.

Any idea what is going on? I heard some spent firefighters discussing wreckage but not sure if they were talking about what was going on there or sharing war stories.
