From the hood. It was on the news this morning.

I saw a short blurb on nbc.com about a bipolar girl missing last seen in old city. They did not give any other details. Hopefully, the story has been updated with more details. I did think it was funny I could be walking by the missing person and not know it because they did not describe her.
