I'm afraid I'm just one of those inferior kinds of people who *does* notice when people scowl actively and inexplicably, and who illogically refrains from inviting the scowler over to have a friendly espresso...I hereby exit to ponder my senseless and culpable ways.

Cheers.
I think you are looking too much into the owner's facial expression. Way too much.

Veering slightly off topic and only mentioned as a point of interest and irony, "sabra" is Arabic for "restful" and is the name of a large Palestinian refugee camp in Beirut. Neither the Hebrew nor the Arabic definition fits this desperate place.

Sabra is also a popular girl's name.

Actually the term for people who don't notice these things is oblivious. Or, at least that is what my wife calls me.

C'mon Annie do I have to look it up? What is Sabra? Its not Israeli for constipated is it?
