Maybe after they throw stuff at your car or scream obscenities at your wife or girlfriend you would feel a little different. Or maybe you can meet me at 4th and Vine and show me how to get a life.

personally I can't wait for the guy across the street who is "connected" goes over there and throws them off the balcony the next time they mouth off to his wife.

I dont think it was put as diplomatically as it should have been, but

Dude! You are spying on your neighbors & taking photos. Are you looking in our windows with the telephoto lens? It is more than a little bit disturbing.

Yep that's me, LOL. How about the disturbance got me to take the photos. I guess I could always have my DEA friends raid the place or watch the car of hoods break into the place a shoot them the next time they hit a car with something. Excuse me for trying to help fix a problem.

PS Did you not ask for a photo ?, it's wasn't taken with a telephoto and i wasn't the one who took that photo but I was there when it was taken

I'm the one that took that photo. So what's your problem ? They are on a balcony that faces a a major street not inside their condo. That photo was taken from the street anyway and they watched me take it. There are a lot of people in the area that are sick of them and most likely this isn't going to end well for them. You think you would have a better attitude towards this since they are in your building. But I will tell you this, if they throw one more thing off their balcony towards my lot a will return it through their window.

You have a legitimate complaint. Private message me and I'll be happy to give you contact information for the management company.
On a civility note: I understand you're frustrated and you're rightfully upset about the conduct of our delinquent resident, but did you really want to threaten a member of the community and out your other neighbor as being a valuable member of an organized crime syndicate?

"maybe you can meet me at 4th and Vine and show me how to get a life.
personally I can't wait for the guy across the street who is "connected" goes over there and throws them off the balcony ..... "

Cant we just ignore the boorish comments of our fellow bloggers without raising the insult and threat level?

Although the photo was taken on a balcony facing the street, folks generally have some expectation that they can be on their balconies and that others are not taking their photos. We aren't celebrities in this building. So, yes, it is a little bit disturbing when we see a tele-photo shot of residents on the balcony. On the other hand, having such a photo is very helpful to us in our dealings with the responsible unit owner to help establish the need for greater supervision.

As I said before, it isn't easy controlling what people do on their private balconies. If it is illegal activity(smoking pot, throwing bottles, disturbing the peace) please feel free to call the police. You're not going to offend the 59 other unit owners in the building by doing so. They want pece, quiet and a terrific neighborhood, just like you do. And you might have a positive impact for the entire community by doing so.
