You have a legitimate complaint. Private message me and I'll be happy to give you contact information for the management company.
On a civility note: I understand you're frustrated and you're rightfully upset about the conduct of our delinquent resident, but did you really want to threaten a member of the community and out your other neighbor as being a valuable member of an organized crime syndicate?
"maybe you can meet me at 4th and Vine and show me how to get a life.
personally I can't wait for the guy across the street who is "connected" goes over there and throws them off the balcony ..... "
Cant we just ignore the boorish comments of our fellow bloggers without raising the insult and threat level?
Although the photo was taken on a balcony facing the street, folks generally have some expectation that they can be on their balconies and that others are not taking their photos. We aren't celebrities in this building. So, yes, it is a little bit disturbing when we see a tele-photo shot of residents on the balcony. On the other hand, having such a photo is very helpful to us in our dealings with the responsible unit owner to help establish the need for greater supervision.
As I said before, it isn't easy controlling what people do on their private balconies. If it is illegal activity(smoking pot, throwing bottles, disturbing the peace) please feel free to call the police. You're not going to offend the 59 other unit owners in the building by doing so. They want pece, quiet and a terrific neighborhood, just like you do. And you might have a positive impact for the entire community by doing so.
