Penns Landing
Penns Landing is so near the historic center and the Mayor could care less about developing it unless his friends get the deal. :icon_be_:
When the city take care of Penns Landing, it is so shabby and everyone elses riverfronts are done. The Navy yard, Art Museum, Comcast and neighborhood initiatives get theirs but Penns Landing is a hazard with chipped steps and drug users. Fix it now! |
