That's terrible. I hope no one jumped. Having had a acquaintancethat jumped off a bridge I know you have to be in a very desperate, very crazed stated of mind.

Can you actually see people when they attempt to jump off the bridge? Isn't the walkway above the roadway?

Yeah, I saw that. I don't know how to explain it, I felt so weird watching it, but it was so interesting.

Default Walkway on a very pleasant bridge.

I too hope that nobody jumped off, and I too have lost friends to suicide. Someone once said a long time ago, "nine men in ten are would be suicides." I sometimes walk across the bridge; it's a pleasant walk, and under the right circumstances, a way to enjoy life with a friend.

It does show people actually jumping, so that's just a heads-up.
My son and I saw that movie on ifc. I gotta tell ya I was glued to the screen. Some of the people just walked to a spot and went right over the side. One guy was having what appeared to be an argument on the cell phone then just climbed over and jumped. But the most intriguing was the dude with the long black hair and black clothes he walked back and forth for about 20 minutes. great film.

What I don't understand is how they clear the high speed line tracks below the Benjamin Franklin Bridge. The tracks are at least 8 to 10 ft wide.

There are several places where the walkway extends over the tracks
