I was in there a couple of months ago. Neil was in the hospital at the time and his wife and other employee were trying to hold down the shop. I think he had a serious infection and then some complications but as I understood it, he was doing better. I know a good friend of his and I will have to ask how Neil is doing.....

I was looking on here and noticed that people were wondering what to do with their jewelry that they bought at Neil Bruce Jewelers. Well I work for Max Weiner Jewelers on 805 Sansom Street, and we have Dominic Giacobbe from Neil Bruce's working here. He was the lovable man behind the counter at Neil Bruce's for many years. We are happy to have him come aboard with his extensive knowledge and experience as well as his wonderful personality. Max has stated that we will clean and check anyone's jewelry that was bought from Neil Bruce's free of charge, so come in and check us out!
