And I even refrained from making a snide comment about the "farm animals" stumbling drunk out of the Old City bars at 2 am to pee on neighbors' bushes.

Although this is an old Thread it made me laugh.

My dad used to work out of the police station down the street from here. My ex husband, and I took our daughter down to see the live manger.

The goat for some reason tried to jump into the thing that holds the hay. It's a wooden stand about two feet high. The goat got his left leg stuck through it. All the people, and kids were screaming, and yelling as the goat thrashed about. My ex-husband jumped in the manger scene, and freed the goat. Everyone cheered.

Later that night when dad returned from work he told us he had heard about someone saving the goat in the manger. We just smiled, and pointed to my ex-husband. That manger is awesome. :clapping:
