It would seem that way ManUtdFan, although the opening date is a little off. I know nothing of this bar. I just hope it maintains the same chill atmosphere. It was the one place in Old City, surrounded by over-the-top-annoying-house-music-playing-full-of-scantily-clad-dressed-females-in-the-middle-of-february-and-selling-inebriated-and-horny-patrons-over-priced-watered-down-drinks bar, that was a nice place to spend a weekend night. (I am getting curmudgeonly in my early 30s). |

The old place is being taken over by a former bartender and the word is he is partnered with a bartender from Eulogy. Perhaps that's where the Eulogy ownership rumor started?
Either way I understand they intend to nurture it lovingly and bring it back to it's former glory days! Huzzar! |

I loved that place. I hope they still have lamb burgers.

There were issues that slowed the transition but it is my understanding everything is moving forward as initially planned.
And yes, Lamb Burgers will remain on the menu. Also, I understand there are plans to make the upstairs a very comfortable, low key turn-of-the-century London style Gentleman's club (obviously not the modern connotation of the term! And obviously for Ladies And Gentlemen) with lots of leather wingback chairs, marble fireplace, warm velvet drapes, bookcases and oil paintings. I guess we will see a help wanted sign for butlers! |

![]() My husband and I weren't spending as much time there as we previously had because of that. You can find that anywhere in OC. I hope it will be more like it was before that happened when it reopens. It was a breath of (stale, old cigarette smoke laden) "fresh" air. I wonder where the chef is...I'd go wherever he is for his lamburgers!! EDIT: Ah, I didn't read the previous post! GREAT NEWS!
