And this should really be in the QV/BV section since its doesn't pertain to CC-it would be more pertinent to that section.

Technically 2nd and Lombard is Queen Village...hehehe

We're both correct.

The southern side of 2nd and lombard is QV, and the south street headhouse district is actually extended to pine in that area. Additionally, from the OP's general intent(wawa and lorenzo's), the auspice would be QV.

RCA is the beloved Riverview Courtyard Apartments between 3rd and 5th, Washington Ave. and Christian St..
