Default Another parking question

Loved the above list; however, I recently moved to a neighborhood just south of Pine street near 19th/20th!

Does anyone have any suggestions on lots or other parking possibilities?

Parking around here is NOT easy! :x

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

PJ

Some apartment buildings, like Brass Works, Chocolate Works, etc., provide parking with your apartment. But the rents tend to be high. Below is a partial list that I compiled recently. I'm surprised Clayton did say, "Join PhillyCarShare, and you won't need to worry about parking."

Is there anything wrong with the ideas previously posted? Although dated, they're still fairly accurate (though you will probably add $50-100). I'd add the Parkominium (2nd, just south of New) "parking condo", the new surface lot at 4th/Race, and Constitution Center Parking as alternatives.

On-street parking around 3rd and New isn't a big issue if you get a residential permit. Most times you won't have to walk more than a couple blocks. There are times when it is frustrating - First Friday is the worst, after about 7 on Friday/Saturday nights can be bad, but fortunately those are times when you can find lots to do in Old City within walking distance .

IMHO it's worth it when weighed against paying through the teeth for a lot/garage. It also depends on how nice your car is and how much the risk of a few minor dings/scrapes bothers you.

The previous ideas are great! I just figured it's been several years and wanted to know about anything new. Thanks, T.
