Does anyone know if there is a running track nearby (that's open to the public?). I live in West Mayfair and anything within 10 miles would be fine. I tried running around Pennypack but there are too many cars and once it gets dark.....it's pretty creepy!!

The driveway entrance is on Solly Ave where Rowland ends, park out back by the track...

There's a track at Lincoln right off of Rowland. It'll be dark at night, but at least you'll have the whole track to yourself.

If there's a meet at Judge or something, there's a public one (in decent shape, too) behind what was Rush Middle School in the Far, Far Northeast. Not sure if that's w/i 10 miles. It's right near Knights and Chalfont.

Thanks! That's probably better-and hopefully it's public and lit. I would like to go running either in the morning or at night...and that's as we all well know-an invitation for trouble.
