I don't do much fast food, but just about every time I've been at a counter someone else was usually next to me waiting to complain about their drive-thru order. So much for convenience. I'd rather save the gas and walk in anyway.

I don't know much about the Training Programs or the Education Level of the employees in Fast-Food joints, but I think they must hire morons.

ALWAYS ALWAYS check your bag before you drive away from or walk out of a fast-food restaurant to make sure that you got what you ordered. If they messed up your order by giving you the wrong sandwich, for example, don't give them the sandwich back, they will only have to throw it out. They should give you exactly what you ordered. Take the "wrong" sandwich home and use it later or give it to somebody. It's a shame to waste it. If the store takes it back behind the counter, they are obliged to throw it out, which to me is criminal.
Also, ALWAYS ALWAYS check receipts before leaving any type of business, restaurants, supermarkets, anywhere. Too many mistakes being made everywhere these days, and 99 timesout of 100 it's in the store's favor.

Here is a thought...

why don't you go eat at Subway instead, where you get what you ordered, correctly, every time? I find there are usually less idiots working at hoagie shops since most hoagies shops do custom orders (like JJ's, Subway, Quizno, a lunch truck, etc).

Or better still... cook more at home and eat less deep fried crap?

If I go through a drive through, I take everything out of the bag and check it before I leave. I know it agrivates the people behind me....but you have to do it.
