Default facts

Yes, I have clip and L&I call me to follow up on details of things. so I do believe it's helpful and I would not worry about retaliation.

Default Target?

Become a target for what?

Are you trying to make people afraid to call CLIP? That's insane.

a house should allways be free and clear of dirt and debri, one would wonder why clip is only in the northeast, perhaps they can receive and write extra and more violations in the city, and yes why doesn't our govt treat people fairly in paying and working. some have disabilities and others just cant keep up with the maintenance of their rental properties
yes it seems as if you get it now
no one wants to hear shhhh its a secret ,u become target, and fined extra and targeted for crimes against humanity. while some gov't officials collect handsomely their salary and pension for ignoring these facts and many many others.perhaps they even are the rentee collecting from both sides of the coin.

Cool Called CLIP, got my car keyed...

I bought my house in the tacony/mayfair whatever area last July. My neighbors have a tendency to let their herd of dogs outside and poop, but pick it up on a weekly basis (if we’re lucky). Now imagine the smell on a 95 degree day, after 6 dogs have been pooping in the yard for the last 5 days. It’s fun dodging hundreds of flies while trying to wash your car. We had a guy out to put new windows in and he told us he almost threw up three times from the smell. They had weeds growing up their fence and the winner: they would throw cans in their recycling container half full. I came out one morning as they picked up one of their 5 blue buckets to catch a family of those nice big Japanese cockroaches come scurrying about. They had garbage all over their patio and never bring their garbage cans up after trash day, they sit on the sidewalk till next week. They also had three broken down cars parked out front. So I finally got fed up and called CLIP about the dog poo and garbage then reported them to the philly PD about the broken down, expired registration, flat tired cars. Never gave my name, but I guess from process of elimination she found out it was me. The night after someone in a CLIP truck showed up at their house, my brand new car got keyed. I hope it was coincidence, but I don’t trust these people.

you should feel very lucky clip is only involved in the northeast of phila .most other communities in phila wouldn't have been so lucky.
