Does anyone know a good, affordable lawn service in the area? I need someone to cut my teeny lawn. Every so often, we have someone who will knock on the door, and offer to cut it for like $10, which is awesome for me. But they haven't been by lately.

What area do you live in?

I have Perfection Lawn Service cut my lawn. They've been cutting it for the last 10 or so years with no problems at all.

I'm in Tacony, near Cottman & Cottage. I think I have seen the Perfection Lawn Service truck around my area.

Yep - same area. They should be able to cut it for you. I think it costs me $9.00 a cut and they come every 2 weeks.

Sheesh! Nobody wants to cut my lawn!! Someone came to the door, I asked him to come back the next day, so I would have cash on me, never came back

I left multiple messages for Perfection Lawn Service, never got called back.

I don't get it. Walt's a pretty reliable guy. Maybe he's on vacation or something and his crew is just running the route? Try him again. Like I said, his name is Walt.

I was thinking vacation, too. I think I first called him Friday, so he may have taken a long weekend first....I hope to hear from him soon!
