Anyone have a good recommendation for some brick pointing. Someone who is good and fair in price. Also the name of a good roofer in the NE area.

I had mine ( point work ) done last year. VERY reasonable. As a matter of fact, I have to call him back to cut a hole in the wall to install a wall unit A/C. I don't have his card with me, but I'll post his number on Tuesday when I get back home. If I forget, shoot me a PM on tuesday

I need to get mine checked out and done too. Ugh!

Does anyone know what I can expect to be paying? I'm in a row and most of the pointing would be in the back of the house.

The roof issue is crazy because we think we have a leak in the siding on the second floor that is going into/under the porch roof and leaking onto the porch. Uuuuugh.

my FIL does stone & brick pointing. he is out of the city for the wknd, but if you'd like his number PM me & i'll shoot it out to you ;-) he has been doing this for yrs(family biz) & is fair & reasonable. he is also a very clean worker!
also, the leak into your porch may be the roof, but it could also be the pointing somewhere in the front of the house too.

By the way, how much work was involved in the pointing?.. partial wall, whole?... and what was his cost for that?
I ask because I have a few little spots that need touching up, most of the wall is ok.
