Default Toby Keith said it best...

Well a man, come on
Six o'clock news
Says somebody been shot
Somebody's been abused
Somebody blew up a building
Somebody stole their car
Somebody got away
Somebody didn't get too far, yeah
They didn't get too far

Grandpappy told my pappy
Back in my day, son
A man had to answer
For the wicked thing he done
Take all the rope in Texas
Find a tall oak tree
Round up all of them bad boys
And hang 'em high in the street
For all the people to see

And justice is the one thing
You should always find
You gotta saddle up your boys
You gotta draw a hard line
When the gun smoke settles
We'll sing a victory tune
And we'll all meet back
At the local saloon

We'll raises up our glasses
Against evil forces
Singing, "Whiskey for my men, beer for my horses!"

We got too many gangsters
Doing dirty deeds
Too much corruption
And crime in the streets
It's time the long arm of the law
Put a few more in the ground
Send them all to their Maker
And he'll set them on down
You can bet, He'll set 'em down

Cause justice is the one thing
You should always find
You gotta saddle up your boys
You gotta draw a hard line
When the gunsmoke settles
We'll sing a victory tune
And we'll all meet back
At the local saloon

And we'll raise up our glasses
Against evil forces
Singing, "Whiskey for my men, beer for my horses!"
Whiskey for my men, beer for my horses!

You know justice is the one thing
You should always find
You gotta saddle up your boys
You gotta draw a hard line
When the gunsmoke settles
We'll sing a victory tune
And we'll all met back
At the local saloon

We'll raise up our glasses
Against evil forces
Singing, "Whiskey for my men, beer for my horses!"
Singing ,"Whiskey for my men, beer for my horses!'

Perhaps posting a patrol car along his "route" to catch him would help.

This is so strange that you mention that store. I had to take the El yesterday and I was standing at Erie/Torresdale waiting for the bus with a lovely group of individuals. Anyway, these two gentlemen in wife beaters and with their baseball caps turned to the side start talking about a new pawn shop at Cottman and Frankford. The one says "You know how a lot of pawn stores ask questions if you bring in a bunch of expensive stuff? Well this place doesn't ask any questions."

Not a good thing for the people of Mayfair. Maybe the 15th needs to know.

This was posted on the "Best and Worst of Mayfair" thread.

heres an opportunity to drop a dime on the gun toter, gun runner, drug dealer, burglar or robber that youd like to see behind bars.

many, many people have information regarding crimes here in the northeast but fear retailiation, retribution or the stigma of being labeled a 'snitch'. perhaps youd like to get something off of your chest, clear your mind or just help the police out.

if youre browsing the northeast forum, chances are you actually CARE about the northeast- as do i.
consumer fraud being ignored by govt elite 2 wrongs do not make a right
governments house flipping with no permits and no inspections approved by commissioner of Philadelphia's license and inspection. and ignored by our federal government .i invite anyone with the resources to look into these properties as well as others recently sold thru p.h.a phila housing authority , ohcd office of housing and community development , sheriff saled homes. while allowing these horsebarn retirements to continue. sad to say that ethics is all about finances or money gains for some losses for others while in reality these thefts unabated only give reason to allow dispair to thrive exhaustively when money becomes never enough .institutionalized acts of of thefts creating violence in the homeland

To Whom It May Concern:
I do not know if you are fully aware. But please let me inform anyone who is listening, of some of our government cover-ups, ie, stealing money earmarked for creating a better life for some of the poor and indigent, actually, from all residing in Philadelphia Pennsylvania , and perhaps even throughout the country. Our own federal government declares, that it is over with, informing me, that they do not want to stop these kinds of thefts and abuses. I believe, if the theft of these millions of dollars is not exposed, and corrected, could be a cause of backlash and discontent to all, those of us to support any unjust government throughout the world or to support and promote monopoly capitalism thru any government regulations, and unjust economic systems.
It seems, as if millions of dollars is getting siphoned on a daily basis, astonishingly no one is the least interested, to sit me down and analyze my findings. Apparently so that they may continue to ignore this missing money thru, Various Govt. agencies, namely O.H.C.D. and probably others as well. Which are privately inspecting these properties leaving home buyers at a certain risk of not fully being inspected or protected? if these are being inspected, one would hope that the department of o.h.c.d .or other various agency’s, would at least use the dept. of licenses and inspections inspectors and not ones who are just using this as a job and denying a complete inspection thru l& I .or even allow L&I.’s commissioner or our federal government as not promoting that you must have a permit before payment of any kind will be made or allowed.
While I was working for the city of Philadelphia, I always believed that it was license’s and inspection’s duty to collect these fees for permits, protecting, the homeowners from various schemes or from shoddy work, providing a balance between revenue produced by these permits and fees, essentially generating enough revenue to train and pay the inspectors for this performance in protecting the public.
I know for a fact that all reliable and ethical contractors believe and support licenses and inspections role in not allowing shoddy work to be accepted and therefore pay the fees to willingly support innovation and perfection in their particular expertise, and also support the banks attitude of Payments without Permits I do know however because of recently speaking” OVER THE LAST 9 YEARS” to our federal prosecutor and our federal bureau of investigations and various city officials .Mrs. Amy Kurland, Mr. Patrick Meehan, Mrs. Vicki Humphries that our government of the united states are fully aware of these thefts of millions of dollars and informed me over the phone., and wish them to continue unabated and I cannot understand their reason in why?
but it seems as if these Payments without Permits are not being fairly considered by even some of our courts who may be unknowing of these rules and never asking if the person inspecting are at least qualified before sending a unqualified inspector to court . Payments for Permits are one of the first laws which must be applied and those who misuse their conduct and position should be brought under such acts as treason “ethics & accountability” These kinds of thefts can be addressed in many different ways. And no matter how these thefts can be EXPLAINED IT will come up indifferent. I can’t understand in why these thefts are allowed to even continue. But like in life we must realize that our United States government is not capable of doing WRONG, OR to even make a wrong choice in allowing these thefts to continue unabated and UNQUESTIONABLE.
Americans want change in our government and its own govt. elite And this is where ethics and accountability come in. if ethically you are aware and do nothing you are still to be held ACCOUNTABLE.
No homeowners were subpoenaed during my trial, but federal prosecutor Mrs. Amy Kurland had made mention of exploding toilets and other false representation to my jurors as Mrs. Vickie Humphries bobbed her head to our accusers who freely admitted did not wish to be there. Were led in their answers
I cannot afford to carry this fight for justice and ethics and accountability by myself any longer as of my failing health, but at least I am alive to tell this story, and I do hope that justice can be done without any backlash to me or my family, or to anyone who feels as if American govt. just doesn’t care about individual freedom or hopefully the truth can speak for itself. And I also hope very dearly that American justice does not end up with a for sale sign on it to be paid by the highest bidder. Because this kind of justice I can no longer afford.
