Does anyone else have the feeling that the people in some of our City agencies are in it for the job and not much else? There is a dog that barks all 9 hours I am at work every day. And the yard is full of feces. The law states that a dog can only legally bark 5 times every 5 minutes- I believe thats it. if not im being lenient. And that feces cannot lay in the yard for very long I think they give you less than a few hours to clean it up. The dog there barks at least 8 hours a day and the waste is picked up at most once a week. I have documented that I call once a day every day for at least one month and never has anyone come out to my place of employment OR done anything about the dog. Are all these people doing just what it takes to keep their job or what?
