Has anyone seen storage pods on the streets in Mayfair? I have, at Rowland Avenue and Glenview Street. It’s been there for more than two months. Hopefully the writer and others also took the time to contact the company that owns these(I did, even though they aren't directly near me). Contact info phone and website are prominently displayed on both the ones he mentions along with an ID number. 1-800-get-asam and getasam.com Rowland ave one has ID# of 594-000620 and Sackett(graffitti on it) is #122-000978.

I have left voicemail for councilwoman Krajewski about the pod units. I also left an email for her at the link listed below. The more she hears about it, the quicker we can have these units removed.

That's a blooming like hugeamagantic thing that one on Rowland.

I thought ya meant those little box ones which would take up maybe one parking spot.

Well, as of 5:30 tonight that thing is still there when I came home that way. I'll send her an e-mail. Huge that thing.

You and your neighbors also have 7 At-Large council people you can be calling. Try Kenney, Rizzo and Kelly (NE guy too but pretty useless) down city hall and try Perzel's too. Complain to your local committee person or ward leader also, that info is available on the net if you don't know who they are.

That one was removed today. Apparently it was used by the people at 3301 Glenview since they had trash cans etc in the street this morning so nobody could park and it could be removed(they also now have some junk in the driveway that I assume was stored in it, CLIP next?

). Maybe the company (ASAM) will be removing the Sackett St graffitti one next.

I called John Street direct. I-phone. Problem solved. (he did ask first where the Northeast was, though...)
