Hi, Just wanted to say hello, and introduce myself. Born, and Philly raised. This is a very interesting, and informative board. I actually checked it out after I heard people are buying homes on York Street for like $200,000. Whaaaaat???

I'm a Lower Mayfair Girl, but as a child lived on Joyce Street (Is that Harrowgate Heights?), and Waterloo, and Front. Couldn't venture by there now to check out the ol' homestead. Both my parents were from Fishtown. Mom prefers to call her street Northern Liberties. LOL Same for the Grandparents, and the Greatgrand's born in Germany. Both sides.

Thanks for having me, and hope I can help anyone new moving into the Mayfair area. Excuse my computer illiteracy. I'm still learning.
