Does anybody know the meaning of slush funds?
I much rather to be poor and having peace of mind than rich and dishonest, knowing we all must face physical death soon or later.

Hail to the politicans with the largeist slush fund ever known. The Philadelphia Gas Works. Starting with throwing out U.G.I. in the 70's. Raises for police and fireman, new houses on Osage ave., Avenue of the Arts, towing junk cars and buying vacant houses to knock down for investor buddies. Your policitans have saddled the rate payer ( the people who pay their bills), with every whim they can think of! They don't care, it's not their money! Not to mention the do nothing jobs for city hall
bureaucrats.The city says hire them, if they can't do their job, hire a consultant to do it for them. We gotta have payback!

All rate payers should be storming city hall, and holding them acountable for their actions!

How speaker of the house surplus increased from 5.1M (M =million) to 215M so quickly?
I know Jesus multiplied bread and fish to feed 5000 people but state legislators don't have power to perform miracle.
Maybe Rep. Cohen can tell us how 5.1M speaker of the house surplus increased to 215M.
Does 215M belong to tax payers?
