Default Need Concrete Steps Repaired

Can anyone recommend a good concrete contractor/handyman to do a nice looking patch job on concrete steps?

I'm not sure if a hardcore concrete contractor considers "patch" work. I live in a rowhome and share the steps with a neighbor who gives me the "runaround" everytime I talk about getting the steps replaced. I've patched them up several times over the years and they look like it. Each patch job has a different shade of concrete and my last attempt was done to simply stabilize the steps from crumbling, so I wasn't as concerned about appearance as much as just slopping the concrete in to stablize the steps.

Basically, I want the steps to have a consistent, uniform look to them and not like they have been patched numerous times.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
